Congratulations To Senior Danielle Garlock who signed a National Letter of Intent to continue her soccer playing for Saint Xavier University Cougars in Chicago, Illinois.

Girls will scrimmage East Grand Rapids at EGR on April 15th at 4pm. Details will follow

The 2007 Girls Soccer Team has again been awarded by the NSCAA and Adidas Academic All American Team Award. Congratulations Girls.

Remember to become a Patron of Rockford Sports Boosters--cost is $25 and the girls soccer program gets 75%. Anyone can become one. Also be sure to thank the Rockford Sports Boosters for purchasing new stadium goals, kick back goals, a variety of training items and video equipment for the girls and boys soccer program. Cost $5300.

2006 Accomplishments

Girls earn Academic All-American award. The girls soccer team were one of just 224 teams in the nation to earn this award and they did it with a 3.7 gpa placing them among the tops of the 224 teams. A tremendous accomplishment. Congratulations! To view the list go to www.nscaa.com.

*Girls earn first District Title in school history

*Congratulations to the Rockford Girls Varsity Team for earning All State Academic honors.

*Dani Garlock, Dani Hutchings, and Kayla Knoll earned First Team All Conference honors and honorable mention honors going to Kristen Hales.

*Named to the areas All District Team were Dani Garlock, Dani Hutchings, Kayla Knoll, Liz Weber, Alex Weber, Hannah Graves, Matti Graves, Kristin Darby, Emma Crosby, Taylor Young, and Camille Riddering.

*Kristin Darby was named to the All-Region Team

*Team MVP's were Alex Weber and Dani Hutchings. Most improved award went to Emily Siegel and the teams Unsung Hero award went to Liz Weber.
